Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good aspects. The room was really spacious with lots of windows, a big bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the small touches, like having a book to read there for me. However, I did notice what looked like mold behind the wallpaper, and the room faced the main road. On the positive side, I was pleasantly surprised to be given a free car park voucher, even though I was initially told there was a charge for parking.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. The location is superb, near the city center and train station. The dining options are varied, including gluten-free choices, and the facilities are top-notch.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a cozy and well-equipped ambiance, but the breakfast choices through room service might be limited. The service stands out for being very nice, especially accommodating late arrivals and offering a welcome drink. The location is superb, within walking distance of the train station and city center, making it ideal for travelers. The dining experience provides good quality food with plenty of choices, including sashimi. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a range of amenities for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although clean and spacious, were in need of refurbishment and felt quite outdated, reminiscent of the 80s style. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us a bigger room at the same price. The location was good for the Hauptbahnhof but not ideal for exploring the old town. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with some dishes being quite good while others were not up to par. The facilities were decent, although there were some areas that could use improvement.
Overall, the hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms with a friendly staff in a great location close to the main rail station. However, some noise could be heard in the rooms and they felt slightly dated. The dining options were decent but lacked variety for specific dietary needs.
